The rooms here come with a coffee maker, and they even refill the coffee supplies - super handy for a quick caffeine fix! 🚿 the staff are amazing, and the hotel is in a wonderful spot close to the lake. Great vibes all around!

Queen room I stayed at was extremely spacious and soundproof with kitchen. Had central location close to everything.

Booked a room with the king bed. There were a microwave and coffee/tea making machines upon arrival. 3. the location was excellent and good for traveling around Cold Lake, next to fast food restaurants, shops, and the lake.

Very polite, well groomed, and professional staff. They were very helpful in making me and my family stay a very relaxing experience! Will definetly stay there agian!

The young man working at the front desk when I checked in Sunday 23 November was unusually helpful. He went well beyond what one normally expects from staff in a facility of this type. He is to be commended.

The room could have been a little closer to "spotless," considering the price for one night's stay in a facility of this type.

The property is clean and well-maintained. the staff is excellent and very friendly. - the units are modern, brand-new, and come with a comfortable king bed. - the location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and a mall.

Our bathroom had previous tenants "hair" beside the toilet mixed in with dust/dirt. There were several basketball teams in the hotel and we had teenagers running up and down the hallway "farting" and then laughing about it until 11 P.M. Friday night, and then Saturday morning we were awoken at 6 A.M. by the same teenagers and the adult with which they were staying, yelling in the hallway again. We were very unimpressed with this behavior as we had not had a getaway without our small children for a long time and this completely ruined it. We gained no relaxation on this stay.

This place boasts a great location right by the lake, with nearby access to restaurants, shopping, and gas stations. It's easy to find everything you need close by.

We have stayed in this bright hotel for 2 nights, everything was good, the location was magnificent close to everything. Location: the property was very close to fast food restaurants, and the walls and tile. Tried some takeout specials at Dairy Queen, luckily it was within easy walking distance of the venue;))
